The ZEISS Universal Mounting Frame K is a precision-engineered stage accessory designed to expand specimen handling versatility on compatible ZEISS inverted microscope systems. Measuring 160mm × 110mm, this mounting frame integrates directly with the mechanical stages of the Axio Observer, Axiovert 5, and Axiovert 7, providing a stable, repeatable platform for a broad range of specimen formats.

The frame accommodates petri dishes ranging from 24mm to 68mm in diameter, making it well-suited for live cell imaging, tissue culture observation, and aqueous specimen work. For slide-based applications, the frame accepts slides up to 120mm in length, covering standard and extended-format slides used in histology, pathology, and materials science.
