Shipping policy

All orders ship insured from our Rochester, NY facility, typically within 1–2 business days.

We ship via UPS for both domestic and international orders. Freight is calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination, and every shipment is insured for its full value.

Domestic (United States)

Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

International

We ship worldwide via UPS. International orders may require additional transit time for customs clearance, and the buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery.

Freight for large or high-value items

Complete microscope systems and stands may ship via freight carrier rather than UPS parcel, depending on size and value. We'll confirm freight arrangements and any applicable crating before your order ships if this applies.

Institutional orders

We accept university and government purchase orders. Freight is quoted the same way for PO orders as for standard checkout — tax-exempt status is applied when documentation is on file.
