TERMS OF SERVICE — SPACH OPTICS, INC.
1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Spach Optics, Inc. website (www.spachoptics.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. Spach Optics, Inc. reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. About Spach Optics, Inc. Spach Optics, Inc. is a multi-brand optical solutions company founded in 2008 and headquartered in Rochester, New York. We supply microscope objectives, eyepieces, illumination systems, cameras, and related accessories to academic, clinical, industrial, and government customers worldwide.
3. Products & Pricing All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, Spach Optics, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment processed. If payment has already been collected, a full refund will be issued.
4. Orders & Purchase Orders Orders may be placed online, by email, or by submitting an institutional purchase order (PO). Acceptance of a PO does not constitute a binding contract until confirmed in writing by Spach Optics, Inc. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
5. Shipping We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. International customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
6. Returns & Warranty Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition with prior authorization. Refurbished items carry a 1-Year warranty covering optical and mechanical performance. New items carry the applicable manufacturer warranty. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification. Items over $1000 may incur a re-stocking fee. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
7. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Spach Optics, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright law. Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use or for the purpose of placing an order.
8. Trademarks All brand names, product names, and trademarks referenced on this site (including Olympus, Nikon, Zeiss, Leica, Mitutoyo, and others) are the property of their respective owners. Their use on this site is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Spach Optics, Inc. does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Monroe County, New York.
