๐Ÿงช Product Description (Long-Form)

The Olympus UPLFLN 60ร— Objective is a precision oil-immersion microscope objective optimized for high-resolution imaging in critical microscopy workflows. With a magnification of 60ร— and a numerical aperture (NA) of 0.90, this lens captures fine structural details with excellent clarity and contrast, making it ideal for applications such as cellular morphology, histological examinations, and fluorescence imaging.

Oil immersion objectives like the UPLFLN 60ร— improve optical performance by reducing the refractive index mismatch between glass and the specimen environment. This results in increased light collection and sharper imagery โ€” particularly important at higher magnifications where optical aberrations and light loss can compromise detail.

The Plan Fluor optical design preserves flatness across the field of view and minimizes chromatic and spherical aberrations. This uniform imaging performance results in high contrast and sharp edge-to-edge clarity โ€” even when imaging colorful stains or complex fluorescent labels.

With a working distance of approximately 0.30 mm, this objective is optimized for high-NA oil-immersion techniques and is compatible with standard coverslip thickness (~0.17 mm). The RMS threaded mount ensures broad compatibility with upright research microscopes used in laboratory environments worldwide.
