Olympus UPLANFL 100x PH3 Objective

The Olympus UPlanFL N 100x PH3 is a fluorite-corrected oil immersion phase contrast objective designed for high-resolution imaging of unstained, living, or transparent specimens on Olympus BX, CX, and IX series microscopes. The integrated PH3 phase ring is matched to the PH3 condenser annulus, converting optical path length differences in transparent specimens into amplitude (contrast) differences visible to the eye and camera — making it ideal for live-cell imaging, microbiology, and any application where chemical staining is not possible or desirable. The fluorite (FL N) optical design provides significantly better chromatic and spherical aberration correction than standard achromat objectives, resulting in sharper images with improved contrast and color fidelity across the visible spectrum. At 100x oil immersion, this objective delivers the resolving power needed to image bacteria, fine cellular organelles, and subcellular structures in phase contrast without fluorescent labeling. Supplied in lightly used condition with flawless optics, verified prior to shipment.
