Olympus ULWD MSPlan 50x Objective

The Olympus ULWD MSPlan 50x is an ultra long working distance reflected light objective from the MSPlan series, designed for industrial inspection applications where standard working distance objectives cannot physically reach the specimen surface. At 8.10mm working distance with 50x magnification and 0.55 NA, this objective provides the clearance needed to inspect tall semiconductor packages, wire-bonded devices, MEMS structures, ceramic substrates, and other specimens with significant topographic relief or protective enclosures. The MSPlan optical design is optimized for reflected (epi) illumination on opaque specimens without coverslip, delivering flat, well-corrected images across the field. The infinity-corrected optical design integrates with Olympus BH2, BX, and MX series reflected light stands and vertical illuminators. The RMS thread mount provides direct compatibility with standard Olympus nosepieces. Supplied as a genuine Olympus OEM objective (part no. 1-LM556) in excellent condition with flawless optics.
