Four phase contrast objectives cover the full range of tissue culture workflows: the SPlan 4x and 10x for survey and routine monitoring, and ULWD CDPlan 20x and 40x long working distance objectives with correction collars for high-resolution imaging through thick culture vessels. The vertical fluorescence illuminator and 100W mercury lamphouse deliver reliable excitation intensity for Blue and Green fluorescence channels. Three camera ports — side and front ports on the frame plus the trinocular head camera port — provide exceptional flexibility for integrating cameras, video systems, or multiple imaging devices simultaneously.
