Olympus BH2-UAN Reflected Light Analyzer

The Olympus BH2-UAN is a reflected light analyzer designed for polarized light microscopy on BH2 series microscopes. In reflected light polarization microscopy, the analyzer is positioned in the reflected light optical path above the objective to analyze the polarization state of light reflected from the specimen surface. This enables observation of anisotropic surface features, grain structure in metals, and optical properties of opaque materials that cannot be examined in transmitted light. The BH2-UAN is designed specifically for the BH2 reflected light optical path, ensuring proper mechanical fit and optical alignment for accurate reflected light polarization analysis.
