The Fluotar fluorite optical design provides high transmission across the UV-visible spectrum for multi-channel fluorescence imaging, making it well-suited for standard fluorescence, confocal, and brightfield applications at 63×. At NA 1.30 with oil immersion, this objective provides excellent resolution and fluorescence light collection for single-cell and subcellular imaging — protein localization, organelle dynamics, and multi-channel co-localization studies. The field number of 24 provides a generous field of view for 63× magnification. Compatible with Leica DMI, DM, and SP series microscopes with M25 thread nosepieces.
