The 10ร magnification and 0.30 numerical aperture provide a wide field of view that enables researchers to survey large tissue areas, locate regions of interest, and observe multiple cells or tissue structures simultaneously. This magnification is particularly valuable in neuroscience for imaging entire brain slice regions, in developmental biology for observing whole embryos or large tissue explants, and in cell biology for monitoring cell populations and migration patterns.
